DiaLog, short for Diabetes Logbook, is a diabetes management solution. We combine innovative features to simplify the difficult, tedious and isolated processes involved in diabetes management with the concept of a Guardian. This allows users to form personal support networks which improve access to motivation, knowledge and support, leading to improved management of diabetes.

DiaLog Guardian
DiaLog Guardian is an application designed for people in a support or care role for a family member, friend or patient with diabetes. The application allows you to view and comment on the glucose, food intake and exercise logs of those who have nominated you as a guardian through patients app "DiaLogPatient". We provide intuitive graphs with a wall-post section to simplify the processes involved in caring for those with diabetes. Comments are sent to those you care for so you can provide support and make suggestions in real-time.
